Refund Policy
Please note that we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 48 hours of delivery under the following conditions:
- The wrong product was delivered (the item does not match the one in the order confirmation).
- The product has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.
- The size ordered is unsatisfactory.
In these cases, we are happy to re-fulfill your order with a new item once.
If the product you received is extremely unsatisfactory, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the value of the exchanged item, which is valid for 3 months.
Exclusions
Our exchange policy is not valid on clearance sale orders/items. Our exchange policy for size/defects isn’t applicable more than once.
How to Request an Exchange or Report Damage?
To exchange a product or report damage in transit, please contact our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery:
- By email: order@labelsaaj.co with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, and an image of the wrongfully delivered, defective item, or size exchange.
- Check the products carefully upon delivery and mention any tampering, missing items, or damages on the delivery receipt presented by the courier partner.
If your order is eligible for exchange:
- If the item received does not match your order in terms of size or fabric print, we will cover the exchange shipping cost.
- If that’s not the case, the courier charges for sending the product back to us and for the new shipment will be borne by you.
- If you are unable to courier it, we can arrange pickup at an additional cost.
- Once received, we will dispatch the new size. The new shipping cost will be borne by you.
Note: If the return package does not include proper order details and original packaging with an invoice, Saaj will not be liable to fulfil the order.
Important Exchange & Return Guidelines
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution we deem fit.
- No refunds will be given if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address.
- No cancellation or refund is applicable if the customer places an order incorrectly. Orders can only be modified within 24 hours.
